The brief

Fisique Fitness is KerbCode's sister company, which makes it our first client and our proving ground. A real gym, with real members, running daily on software we build: this is where the operating-rails claim comes from.

What we built

A biometric attendance rail: an ESSL fingerprint reader on the gym floor pushing checkins directly to a Cloudflare Worker — no PC middleman required.
The member portal: enrollment, subscriptions, and member self-service.
The payments and GST engine, including a live tax-rate migration executed across five edge functions in one coordinated deploy.
Subscription-state hygiene: hundreds of stale records reconciled with a snapshot table as the rollback story, and a nightly cron so the drift never returns.
